About the London Multiple Births Association

The LMBA strives to enable our members to survive, thrive, and better enjoy their multiple experiences through our meetings, socials events, newsletters, library, and mutual support from each other.

We invite our members to join us for friendship, sharing, and moral support with other parents of multiples. The exciting job of parenting multiples is made easier by sharing experiences with others who are having similar challenges.

London Multiple Births Association (L.M.B.A.) was founded in 1977 and we continue to invite parents of multiples to enjoy our club's activities.
